Pros

Folks enjoy coming to work, enjoy teaming up to make the work load equitable, and always working to increase business "together". Deeply experienced across all modes of transportation, there is wonderful talen, and depth to support new accounts!

Cons

Growing quickly and adding new faces to the team, training quickly enough to have that same impact and perception by our clients. Transition of computer systems is always "not" fun, but a great team in the I.T. dept - is taking the bite out of most of the impact.

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*

We’re disappointed to read that this was your experience. A respectful and professional workplace is the standard we expect across every team, and concerns related to conduct, fairness or retaliation are taken seriously. While we can’t address individual situations in a public forum, we do want employees and former employees to know there are channels available to raise concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We value feedback, even when it highlights areas where we may need to improve, and we wish you the best going forward.
