Pros

there are some good people who work here and would miss thme if i were not here. also do some good charity work

Cons

owners claim the best quarter since the beginnign of the company but our bonuses are still very low same as always. bonus suppose to be profit share so how can it be so low again after the best quarter ever? but they buy a fancy $100K mercredes van so the owners can be driven around anddont have to take taxis to the airport. dont belief the good reviews on here. herd people were asked to put good reviews on here. they are smart like that like the employee survey comes out day aftera company bbq lunch. no promo slots they hire their freinds for the big jobs

We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify a few items you mentioned. AIT’s revenue is at a record high, but there are many variables when it comes to determining bonuses including the operational success of each location and a healthy gross profit margin. You brought up the new company shuttle in your comments. This investment offers ground transportation cost savings for the company when it comes to corporate events, visitors, interviews and local messenger services. As a current employee, you are encouraged to provide additional comments via Ask the Executives, the suggestion box in Human Resources or via the link at the end of every quarterly President’s Message. We also recommend seeking out a leadership team member for additional clarity if this response is not adequate. Thanks!

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*

We’re disappointed to read that this was your experience. A respectful and professional workplace is the standard we expect across every team, and concerns related to conduct, fairness or retaliation are taken seriously. While we can’t address individual situations in a public forum, we do want employees and former employees to know there are channels available to raise concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We value feedback, even when it highlights areas where we may need to improve, and we wish you the best going forward.
