Pros

Good job with a great team of Co-workers who work hard, long hours to do the job right. Fast paced, and business is increasing. Great training for new people who are hired with no experience, which is how most are hired. Quarterly profit sharing. Good benefits package.

Cons

Review process may be happening regularly now. Salary reviews/increases are unheard of for most people over 5 years. 401k match should be higher than $1500 max contribution. Mandatory 24hrs of training to me should not be necessary unless you are new to position and/or industry. Loud noisy envirnment due to short cubicles.

While AIT is indeed experiencing healthy revenue growth, the company is continuing to work on improving margins. Please review the July 2014 President’s Message to all co-workers for more information. The company’s margins are an important factor, but there are many other considerations involved when determining individual compensation. You are encouraged to initiate a conversation with your manager if you think your compensation is not fairly reflecting your growth, adaptability and contributions as they pertain to your role. AIT’s increased business is also fueling a vibrant, fast-paced office setting. Our cubicle set-up aims to allow co-workers some personal work space while also facilitating positive collaboration. We are encouraged to have fun in the workplace and enjoy the camaraderie of our colleagues. However, if you believe your ability to work efficiently is being negatively affected, we suggest approaching your co-workers with a kind request for some professional courtesy. Alternately, you may bring up the environmental concerns with your manager.

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*
