Cons
This company states that their core principles are personal, human, ethical and have staffs best interests at heart. This is completely untrue. This company treats staff like the dirt on their shoes and do not care about them. It is all about corporate decisions with complete disregard to the staffs' feelings. HR department...a joke. They act like they are approachable but in fact they work for the company, not for the staff. Massive difference between senior management and everyone else...take it as you will. Bunch of hypocrites. They give you incentives which you think are amazing, but in fact are the worst incentives in comparison to other companies in the same industry.
