Pros
The company hires decent, hard working people in a range of ages who do their best. We can make our own hot drinks and we have dress down Fridays.
Cons
From the top down. If you're a woman, forget it, unless you're married to someone else at the top. (Nepotism is rife here). Managers have no interest in staff welfare and have allowed bullies to thrive in their positions unchallenged, leading to a poisonous culture of bad mouthing and interteam rivalry which does nothing for customer outcomes. Want transparency in pay, flexible hours, supportive management, bosses who actually follow the company's published principles? Forget it. If you want to turn up, get paid, go home and go nowhere, this is the place to work. It's a pensions company with a terrible pension scheme. This tells you everything you really need to know.
