Pros
Recruitment in our area is great, they employ the person not the skills, so there's a great team and people get on really well together. Very little politics and negativity, everyone seems to be pulling in the same direction which is not true of many companies I've worked for. Excellent career progression for those willing to work hard and make the effort, good work and "above and beyond" recognised and rewarded
Cons
Current building is very shabby, but we're moving soon. Sometimes it feels like your asked for an opinion on something even though the decision is already made. Can take a while to replace people, suspect down to recruitment policies (see 'pros' list). Pension offering not great in current market
