Pros

- Good amounts of training provided - Plenty of opportunities to move teams - Learn a lot about finances (quite good for personal use too!) - People were usually very friendly and approachable

Cons

- Glorified customer service job really regardless of which team you worked in - Quite a lot of turnover within the teams - If one team within your department did poorly, the rest of the department suffered in terms of bonuses - Not many changes of progression unless it's out of the company - Pay could've been better for the amount of work given

Pros

I never thought I would say this about a job but I genuinely love what I do. The role itself suits me perfectly and I love tbe atmosphere around the building. Since moving to AJ Bell, I have been shown great training, leadership and a shared common goal. I feel apart of the team and not just a cog. Management are all approachable and my colleagues are great.

Cons

Just wish the office was closer to ny house!
