They help you with courses to further your development. Most people in the business are nice and friendly.

Cons

Lots of people appear to be vying for recognition from senior managers even if it means stepping on others. Recent move to 50% in office was changed at short notice with little to no regard for the impact it has on people. Some people allowed to be remote while others are not. Slow on promotions and slow to bring wages in line with industry.

I never thought I would say this about a job but I genuinely love what I do. The role itself suits me perfectly and I love tbe atmosphere around the building. Since moving to AJ Bell, I have been shown great training, leadership and a shared common goal. I feel apart of the team and not just a cog. Management are all approachable and my colleagues are great.

Just wish the office was closer to ny house!
