Cons

Blanket RTO mandate for at least 50% of the time. This was at short notice and not considering the variety of roles in the business. It has certainly eroded trust, made managing teams more draconian and less flexible. From autonomous, feeling trusted and highly productive to stuck in traffic to tick a box on a policy. Feels pretty rubbish after so long and very much like a punishment. Promotes diversity but will be driving specific groups away with blanket policies.

I never thought I would say this about a job but I genuinely love what I do. The role itself suits me perfectly and I love tbe atmosphere around the building. Since moving to AJ Bell, I have been shown great training, leadership and a shared common goal. I feel apart of the team and not just a cog. Management are all approachable and my colleagues are great.

Just wish the office was closer to ny house!
