The Salary is competitive, Training is given for further progression if needed. Bonus and perks also are fairly impressive.
Cons
The business has become very corporate over the last few years and the nature in which staff are treated has very much nose dived. Higher management might ask the staff for their opinions but rarely do they actually care. Hybrid working means you now have to book your desk to come in to work each day and you may have to sit next to different people. You have to come in regardless if you can sit with your own team. This just makes it difficult to build relationships with colleagues. Extra work space is needed if the building is full so we can all at least have a desk. It’s very unhygienic. The company has also recently made staff who worked remotely come in 50 percent of the time. Some live miles from the Manchester office and objections were just dismissed. Many colleagues where massively affected by this decision and the company dismissed their concerns.
