To respond to a couple of the points you have raised, our Hybrid Working Policy requires employees to work from the office, on average, 50% of their working time over the course of the month. Employees have the discretion to choose which days of the week they work from the office or remotely. Our offices are the ‘beating heart’ of our business, where our culture lives and breathes and we think it’s important our employees are part of this. We remain committed to hybrid working and offering this blended approach to office and remote working.
