. Management give no clear instructions . Management dont care about the staff or ongoing issues . Poorly run business . Not enough staff for the job required often left short staffed and expected to stay hours after your shift ends . Pay is below standard the majority of warehouses offer at least £11.50 -£12.91 Aldi pays an amazing £10.05 for this you will be expected to run around with little staff, no direction from Management and managers who care more about going home early than helping staff and set you up to fail on a day to day basis . Management will speak to you like something they wipe off their shoes and try to get in your face to intimdate you! . Wouldn't work here unless you are desperate
