Low pay. That's the major con of working for ALK. Opaque promotion potential. I found several opportunities for ALK to make small investments (several thousand dollars) to improve the quality of their employees lives and ensure the high quality of their products, but every one was turned down. Therefore, I can only reason that they do not care a great deal about their employees quality of life or high quality of their products. I would not take their products or recommend working here.
