      I have found ALSO to be an exceptional place to work where I am constantly being encouraged to think outside the box. The culture here feels more like a family, with teammates and a supervisor that actually care not just about my professional development but my well-being as well.

      Pros

      The coworkers and manager were very supportive. I really enjoyed making the people we supported laugh and have good memories whenever I could.

      Cons

      Excessive state documentation prevented outings, extremely short staffed. Sometimes very stressful; this job is not for the faint of heart, I wouldn't recommend working here, particularly 112th house if you have histories of physical/mental trauma.
