      Fuzzy feeling knowing you are helping a person be happier in their life. Feeling valued as an employee, you can feel that the company cares about how we feel.

      Cons

      Many hours and getting attached to the clients. Not a high paying field.

      Pros

      The coworkers and manager were very supportive. I really enjoyed making the people we supported laugh and have good memories whenever I could.

      Cons

      Excessive state documentation prevented outings, extremely short staffed. Sometimes very stressful; this job is not for the faint of heart, I wouldn't recommend working here, particularly 112th house if you have histories of physical/mental trauma.
