      Pros

      above market package reasonable annual and maternity leave.

      Cons

      very racist against asians. if you are not white then no career development for you. all senior management team hire based on their connections. if you know one of the directors you can get the job regardless if you have the experience. no clear understanding of what is it like to take the largest rpo account in asia but insisted on aligning the structure with uk.
