      Pros

      Great training, support and team environment depending on which client account you work on. My manager was very supportive and helped me develop my career They are truly global so there is real opportunity to work overseas if you so wish The majority of people who work at AMS are highly professional and very knowledgable and always happy to connect and help you. They genuinely care I felt - Roseleen who was CEO was very inspirational plus lots of senior women at the top which is inspiring.

      Cons

      Very very busy - although they certainly don't promote a long-hours culture - at management level you are expected to deliver a great deal. Some client accounts are better than others Their appraisal system is a dark art - most managers didnt understand it
