Pros
At AMS (previously Alexander Mann Solutions), you are allowed to be your true, authentic self. They continually encourage their entire workforce to grow and learn within their current job function, promoting career progression in whatever field you may be working in. The staff are very friendly and the work/life balance is fantastic as they promote flexible working within the business for many of their accounts. Management will often listen to concerns as well and take these ideas onboard whenever possible. Salaries are also above many of their competitors which is great.
Cons
None that I have experienced so far. Hopefully most accounts will continue to offer their flexible working arrangements. Otherwise, a great company/organisation to work for.
