      Pros

      The people here are fantastic. There are some super smart talent that are very underpaid. Apcon does not appreciate what they have...no wonder so many have left in the last year. Everyone else should start looking...there really are way better places to work that pay the salary you deserve and treat you the way you deserve to be treated. If you're fresh out of college or in the early days of your career and looking for some great hands on experience this place is great if you can deal with the BS and chaos. But don't stay here too long or it will start to suck you dry...and you won't be compensated for it.

      King Richard needs to step down. He really isn't as mighty as he thinks...just makes him that much more of a Richard. He was named aptly. Sorry guys no bonuses because we didn't make enough sales, oh by the way did you see my new Ferrari? He cares for nobody but himself and it shows in the way he treats people. Absolutely no respect. He's very child like and throws tantrums when he doesn't get his way. Beware if you talk to him in the wrong tone...you'll get fired. HR is a joke and everyone knows it. They have no backbone and follow orders blindly. Nothing gets resolved but hey they are getting promotions and pay raises. Guess they must be doing something right...

      The company has attracted fantastic people. One of nice things about APCON is the energy in the office that comes from passionate colleagues. There are regular salary increases, and several internal promotions throughout each year. The HR department advocates on behalf of all of our employees, and encourages employees to reach out if they have any questions or concerns regarding their own advancement. We look to improve processes in the company and have passed on your feedback to the leadership team.

      The people who work at APCON are very nice and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      The headline says it all. The CEO is a rude, narcissistic bully. His input is never specific or useful, just general mean comments meant to knock employees to their knees. I was out the door as soon as I found another job.
