Not one good thing - move along there are other companies out there far better than APCON.

Cons

The headline pretty well sums it up. I worked directely for this lunatic just under 3 years. It was the worst 3 years of my life. I’m very resilient and have “thick skin”. No person should ever put up with what I did. Frankly I’m surprised this CEO with his horrific behavior doesn’t have lawsuits against him. The reviews posted are a true reflection of what it’s like to work at APCON and for Richard the CEO. Of course the reviews with the rainbow affect were a result of him strong arming his few loyal followers. I don’t enjoy writing about such negativity- but I’d hate for others go thru what I did.

The people who work at APCON are very nice and knowledgeable.

The headline says it all. The CEO is a rude, narcissistic bully. His input is never specific or useful, just general mean comments meant to knock employees to their knees. I was out the door as soon as I found another job.
