Pros

There are talented people but that’s it.

Cons

The CEO doesn’t trust employees enough to let anyone work from home and those who have pushed back no longer work here. He won’t wear a mask (it’s required) in the office and questions those who do. His complete lack of compassion during this global pandemic is not surprising but a good indication of how your career at apcon would be.

Pros

APCON is an excellent company for anyone looking to advance their marketing career. As a Marketing Strategist, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that have significantly enhanced my skills. The management genuinely values creativity and encourages out-of-the-box thinking. The team environment is collaborative and supportive, making it easy to share ideas and innovate. The leadership provides clear goals and offers constructive feedback to help employees grow. Additionally, the company invests in professional development through workshops and training sessions, which have been invaluable. The work culture promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life, and the benefits package is competitive. Cons:

Cons

Honestly, not many. Like any fast-paced environment, there can be busy periods, but the support from the team makes it manageable.

Pros

The people who work at APCON are very nice and knowledgeable.

Cons

The headline says it all. The CEO is a rude, narcissistic bully. His input is never specific or useful, just general mean comments meant to knock employees to their knees. I was out the door as soon as I found another job.
