Very decent products. Pays well

Cons

No consistency in international Sales strategy. CEO is micro managing everything. Even working remotely and being in the office in Wilsonville just a couple of times it was obvious that this company has a toxic leadership. Countless interviews during several weeks before getting hired. Countless calls and mails when you are leaving the company. Working remotely you get zero support. Due to the constant changes in staff and a complete lag of a long- or midterm international sales strategy this company strategy will never be successfull outside of the US of A.

The people who work at APCON are very nice and knowledgeable.

Cons

The headline says it all. The CEO is a rude, narcissistic bully. His input is never specific or useful, just general mean comments meant to knock employees to their knees. I was out the door as soon as I found another job.
