Pros
There's a new CEO who isn't driving employees away! The management staff has gone through hell to push for company-wide change and resources are finally being put where they're needed. Departments are starting to fill up again. Morale is up. The remaining upper management staff has been there long enough to know what is needed to get the company where it needs to go, if it's given the resources needed to expand. And compensation is starting to expand
Cons
The company has been run by the same management since it's inception. It is time for a new direction. Many changes in technology are needed, both for the engineers and company-wide. But until they're able to leverage the man-power to do so it'll be a bit of a slow-ride with a learning curve. Might be worth it if you stick it out.
