Pros
Develops and manufactures top-of-the-line technology that sincerely ranks among the best in its class; tremendous company profit and growth in recent years, with ample opportunity for future success; respectful, smart, and fun group of colleagues; competitive pay and bonuses, with aggressive additional hiring plans currently in place (which is particularly rare in the Portland region, as Oregon has been one of the hardest hit states across the entire U.S. in light of recent economy).
Cons
The nature of the business and products automatically dictates the need for continuous development in technology. Ideally, that means not just keeping up with the competition, but being ahead of the curve, so at times that can make for a somewhat stressful environment with tight deadlines. I've certainly dealt with worse. Also, the culture is based on a business casual environment M-F, which isn't typical for the most part in the Pacific Northwest (tends to be 100% casual all week), but again, it's manageable.
