Pros

The technology is interesting, and has a good market ahead of it. There used to be an outstanding team of people to work with. If you can get on the CEO's good side, you'll do well for a while.

Cons

It's nigh impossible to get on the CEO's good side, and the slide from CEO Likes You to You're The Enemy is pretty quick, and fairly predictable. In general, the employees are treated like they aren't worth their salaries. There was such an amazing concentration of talent at APCON at one point, but it was squandered away very quickly. Most of engineering has been turned over in the last two years. I don't see how APCON will be able to keep up with their field for long.

Pros

APCON is an excellent company for anyone looking to advance their marketing career. As a Marketing Strategist, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that have significantly enhanced my skills. The management genuinely values creativity and encourages out-of-the-box thinking. The team environment is collaborative and supportive, making it easy to share ideas and innovate. The leadership provides clear goals and offers constructive feedback to help employees grow. Additionally, the company invests in professional development through workshops and training sessions, which have been invaluable. The work culture promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life, and the benefits package is competitive. Cons:

Cons

Honestly, not many. Like any fast-paced environment, there can be busy periods, but the support from the team makes it manageable.

Pros

The people who work at APCON are very nice and knowledgeable.

Cons

The headline says it all. The CEO is a rude, narcissistic bully. His input is never specific or useful, just general mean comments meant to knock employees to their knees. I was out the door as soon as I found another job.
