Pros
Arauco has a good company culture, offers a solid work/life balance, and makes a genuine effort to promote internally.
Cons
Despite the willingness to promote internally, the North American headquarters is relatively small and so the opportunities there are quite limited, atleast compared to other much larger companies in the Atlanta area. The company is also very lean, which is a good thing in some respects, but it can cause issues when there is turnover. And while I haven't done a particularly deep dive into this I don't get the impression that the salary ranges are very competitive. Although with that being said, they're not bad, and the benefits package is very good.
