      * We can maintain work- life balance *Many more Training Programs to boost our skills to achieve Company/ client's targets. * Good Carrier growth opportunities *Last day of every month we can get our salary on time *Perks and Benefits are Good. * Company Employee's strength also increasing tremendously

      I do not see any CONS in my 10+ year tenure, that could be the reason, I have been part of this company for the past 10+ years.
