Get rid of nightmares - Stay away! - Senior Engineer ARi Employee Review

ARi is not an IT Company, it is a job agency which hires you and rent you out to their clients (primarily Caterpillar). It is not a great company to recommend even for freshers. If you didn't get a job offer anywhere, you can accept this, otherwise NOT AT ALL recommended! Hiring team gives all misinformation about the company, like it is a product based company, working for multiple automotive clients, onsite opportunities, etc. But all are lies only, 95% of IT labors are deployed to Caterpillar only, in a body shopping model. Onsite to foreign countries is impossible here. Most of the roles are individual contributor role at offshore only. Your manager will be just people manager, your actual manager who takes care of your day-in day-out activities will be a supervisor or lead at Caterpillar. You have to maintain good rapport with Caterpillar staff, otherwise they will remove you from project which will put you back into bench which is a high risk area. If you are working for customer in a billable project roles like Engineer - I/II/III, Senior Engineer, etc., you will get decent hikes and respect/dignity. If your role is non-billable internal roles like Manager, Dy. Manager, Asst Manager, Executive, etc., you will NOT get decent hike as well as respect/dignity. Even manager roles in this company are at high risk because of any moment firing policy. If you are an engineer, you can get a Compensation revision if you get an offer outside and bargain with the management to match it. Once your CTC falls between the range 15 to 20 lakhs, more chances of getting fired due to cost saving policy. If you are an experienced person, staying in this company for more than 1 or 2 years is a high risk. You can use this company as a temporary hopping spot to boost your CTC and then make a move. Pros - On time salary - Embedded/Electronics/Mechanical related jobs are OK
