Great for patients, sees improvement, patients are happy, staff likes each other, groups are fun, families are nice

Cons

Management doesn't understand how busy everyone is, schedules changes by the hour, management accepts patients that doesn't have brain injury, management scolds first instead of tries to understand first, head director never shows her face around the clinic, management has high egos and don't like to be questioned, lots of paperworks
