Pros
If I was allowed to do my role, this would be a great company to work for. Sadly, there are too many voices (clueless voices) that have influence. We are all about the customer, not the consumer. We kick SMSB through to our customers yet internally we flip flop around it. Product is outstanding.
Cons
Career development is poor - no amount of LinkedIn courses or basics leadership training will bridge the gap. It's a nice start but sadly there are too many brick walls to run through to get better. Sales leadership is poor - in that behaviours are appalling. Clique would be the best way to describe certain sections of leadership and teams. It's hard to do any form of creative work as there are lots of internal blocks and Japan HQ is a major frustration. SMSB is what we talk to but internally we just don't care. Passive CEO, aggressive CFO, aggressive belligerent GM Sales, challenging leadership from all other functions. Some genuinely good people have been forced out the business.
