Pros

Big company, high-tech. No more.

Cons

Bad HR, Bad Managers, No Leaders. They let Managers bully people, do nothing. After reporting to HR that they focus and bully me HR called back my managers and was very proud that HR upset and was strong to me. They said I was too soft to people. I was 2 steps ahead with being agile, they were just command and control and proud of it so much. Managers in meetings said to people if you don't like you can go. And so proud of calling employees children or saying how I'm blunt. HR will do nothing to me etc. This is completly wrong and so bad. I loved Asml but had to run because of bad unfair treatment. I see after I left many bad comments and all very similar to my experience. Asml is disaster. I develop sleeping problems, huge stress. In agile way the team decide HOW do things and not follow orders how to do. I never pushed team how to do but they didn't like it. But for Asml the focus is on how and they can damage you and upset because you don't work their way but it's not future what they did to me and others it's just bad and felt very unfair. Also Ceo when I saw last years looked different, felt different, like fake.

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
