Pros

Pretty lax hours of work compared to most countries. Flex time and compensation time and rigid hours probably means you will work 20-25% less hours than with comparable companies.

Cons

Can be very political place, Dutch tend to favor co-nationals also. Can be difficult place for foreigner.

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
