Pros

International company, decent work-life balance, big variety of positions within the company

Cons

The company is all about processes nowadays and it's losing the fun cutting edge side. As a monopoly it doesn't need to invest that much in innovation anymore and it's mainly focusing on processes and cost cutting. As the company grew a lot in the last years, they had to find a lot of managers, which was done at the expense of quality. Many middle level managers lack basic leadership skills and only focus on their own growth.

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
