Pros

Had independent projects that exercised important engineering skills and were implementable after completion. And also got to see what full-times work on and help with that.

Cons

[Production side] Hires a lot of interns, even when not have full time role they would go into after internship (based on convo with other interns).

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
