Pros

- Very professional and supportive environment with extremely knowledgeable colleagues. - Company really cares about personal development and career progression from what I can tell after 1 year. - Good compensation and work-life balance. - Flexible workhours, part-time options and work from home helps a lot, especially for families with children

Cons

- Sometimes business decisions interfere with work-planning and sudden shifts in priorities can be disruptive. - Lots of new hires in recent years that still need to get more on-the-job experience can overburden experienced employees - People tend to change positions internally a bit to frequently I feel - Expensive area within the Netherlands and veeery difficut housing situation eat up a lot of the salary

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
