Pros
Since joining ATCC, we have been given the resources we need to make a difference, new management in place for the last 2 years has a strong vision of growth and is putting their money where their mouth is. They are focusing on many improvements whether in Technology, Technical Capabilities, Sales & Marketing, Employee Training & Retention etc... Salaries for all positions are benched and meet market expectations, benefits are good, good work life balance with flexible schedule, great people to work with, who care for what they do and their customers. From the scientists, to operations, to finance and other functions, my experience is that people care. I have seen quite a few negative comments from people who have left, and I guess the more negative people leave, the better the place becomes.
Cons
Past changes has set a not so great reputation for a place that has a lot to offer. With being in business for so long, it is hard to change perceptions on the brand but also the company as a place to work.
