Pros
Not a lot of pros. Co-workers are nice. Company is starting to implement a career growth program, but I'm curious how that's going to go. Free access to LinkedIn Learning Courses. 401k match.
Cons
Where do I begin. -As someone else said, ATCC is 20% below the salary average for most positions. Very accurate. You can get paid more elsewhere, just do some research on Glassdoor/Linked In/Indeed/etc. -Good luck getting any promotions. Favoritism, visibility, and pure luck is key to promotions here. Having a good work ethic will not help. Your hard work, skills, and knowledge will be taken advantage with no compensation, at least that's how it was for me. Speaking of compensation... -No bonuses. Worked here for a few years and never received a bonus. Unless you're management level. -Vacation hours accrual are decent but sick leave accrual is poor. Don't get sick! -Communication within the company is horrible. There's so many moving parts between departments and communication easily gets lost. I've been literally yelled at for things I was completely unaware of. Projects are a mess, depending on who's the project manager. -ERP software used by everyone in the company is a nightmare. Slow, cumbersome, not user-friendly and buggy, poor training for it. Need to train yourself and ask for help to learn. -Other reviews about upper management are accurate. Poor and top heavy. Poor business decisions. Very much REACTIVE versus proactive decisions. Always worried about the budget. Cheapest purchase always. I hate to be so negative about this company, but its hard not to. I felt like I was treated poorly and taken advantage while only being paid an entry-level salary. My work/life balance was very much effected, mostly due to the nature of the work, but requests to get this alleviated were slow and not effective. ATCC left a very bad taste in my mouth.
