Pros

Pay in general aviation is top notch. Aircraft are generally new and in great shape. Benefits are better than good enough. Management is pretty laid back but has your back when you need them. All in all, if you are good at your job ATP takes care of you.

Cons

From a maintenance aspect it is a great place to work.

Hours you fly are good and you not have to network to get students

Cons

You have to go through atp flight school as a student which has a 75% chance of passing the whole program. And after you get hired they are always looking for reasons to fire you.
