Pros

Planes are new and well maintained. The online system is well designed and helps manage your students and your schedule.

Cons

Low hours, they say you should be getting about 80 a month but good luck ever getting close. Pay is abysmal, during COVID they took away the higher paying structure and even though they are doing better than ever now, they haven't increased the pay. No adjustment for inflation either. Good luck affording to live if you don't have parents who can pay your bills, especially when they don't give you enough hours to even get close to making enough money. Be prepared to attended many unpaid, mandatory meetings. Interesting how you can be an "independent contractor" but forced to attended these. You will also be expected to do at least 2-4 hours of unpaid grounds per student per week. The culture isn't great, there's a frat-like environment at the training center. Constantly problems of instructors bad mouthing their students out in the open. If you aren't a favorite of management you won't even hear about opportunities for advancement here. The simulators are broken more often than not, so be prepared to come into work and not get paid that day because all the open sims are now down.

Pros

Hours you fly are good and you not have to network to get students

Cons

You have to go through atp flight school as a student which has a 75% chance of passing the whole program. And after you get hired they are always looking for reasons to fire you.
