Cons

There was no HR department to report any issues within the apartment, only going up chain of commands. High turnover rate in this department. No clear policies to follow, allowing room for anything to be used against employees. Experienced discrimination and fired due to retaliation. Would give 0 stars if I could - hands down worst management ever worked for in my life.

Hours you fly are good and you not have to network to get students

Cons

You have to go through atp flight school as a student which has a 75% chance of passing the whole program. And after you get hired they are always looking for reasons to fire you.
