Pros
Working for the market leader in AV integration is what anyone in the industry hopes to do some day. I spent over five years with this company and encountered great people, especially in Dallas and Chicago. They treat their people well across the board, from sales to support. If you work in the industry long enough, you almost need to have this company on your resume.
Cons
Like any big company, there are some neglected areas that make you wonder, "if only.." The regional sales offices can do a much better job sharing resources, for example. This would minimize the almost cyclical layoffs of service personnel that occur during slower periods and create a more cohesive organization.
