Pros

Stable and can truly plan and propose projects. Able to reach boss and decision maker.

Cons

Very traditional, needs a lot of overtime work even you don't have much work to do. System is always changing, the process of product planning (so called C process) is never the same as last time you went through it.

Most people in the US team were friendly and easy to work with

Difficult communication with people in HQ. They wouldnt listen to any input and would just tell us to do things that they thought was right but werent.
