Pros

attempts to bring good culture, succeeds some of the time. I've watched the president tout a culture of openness and then right after watch a vice president say and do the exact opposite.

Cons

politics gets you ahead in this company. when the company numbers are down, they cut whoever isn't part of the inner circle, regardless of numbers/performance. reorgs are always politically driven and blind loyalty wins out over objective strategy for the company.
