Brotherhood from the previous company running the IT department. - Senior Application Support Engineer AWH Employee Review

After a few conversations with the IT team and after tracking each one of their comments, I realised they are part of a brotherhood. All from their previous organisation. They will bully and trouble you until you leave if you are not part of them. All controlled by their boss. What a pathetic environment to work in. Be it the UI designer, BA, Architect or developers, they all are part of the group. I have never experienced anything like this before. Senior management and HR have allowed blind recruitment on recommendation of a single individual. A sad place to be in.
