      *If you come from or have a medical background. *Quick learner *The HR manager is wonderful at what she does *The pay is decent

      *Don't ask too many questions. *The "managers" & "IT Department" are an absolute joke and a half. *This place is run like a shady temp agency . *They hire people just to make it look like they're "running a business". *Their employee turnaround is ridiculously high. *There isn't an open door policy. *They don't offer any benefits. *Can teach yourself things that management should be teaching you

      People are nice. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      The clinical director had no LPC at time and was giving supervision to people. HR is a joke. psychiatrist gatekeeping clients. No training in schema therapy but they force you to use it.
