      Get to shadow real counseling sessions

      Cons

      Therapists are overworked. There are no breaks in the day, its filled with back to back 45 minute sessions. Therapists are not supervised well and provide ineffective or inappropriate therapy to clients. Supervisor doesn't make time to interns, and when she does, she does not listen to their concerns. Lots of ethical concerns and ethical gray areas.

      Pros

      People are nice. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      The clinical director had no LPC at time and was giving supervision to people. HR is a joke. psychiatrist gatekeeping clients. No training in schema therapy but they force you to use it.
