Worst place to work at - Sales Manager Aaron's Employee Review

Long hours - 9 to 7 or 8 to 8 all week - No incentives - Low pay for managers and assistants which lead to a big turn over in staff - as a previous manager I had to do deliveries for almost 5 months in my year and a half of employment there which lead to some physical injuries and still got the highest achievements in my targets within my region, i had to cover up for the GM position sometimes due to that turn over, they offered no raise no promotion, nothing after we told them what we were going through. The only stupid thing that i did is that i didn't quit earlier.
