Looking back after finding better work it is hard to think of many. Discounts on items for employees. Regular hours (for the most part) Sundays always off, two days off per week. Paid weekly
Cons
Pretty much charge 300% over MSRP to people who cannot afford items like beds for their children. All staff required at times to REPOSES items from people's homes from game systems to before stated children's beds. Dealing with selling items that were repossessed and known to have Roach or bedbug infestation to customers. Yes if you work at store level you will have to deal with roaches and bedbugs. You will also have to kick people who are poor, in a bad spot while they are down so the Store Manager can make their bonus. I.E. had to reposes 2 childrens beds (in bad shape not resellable) from a family where the father up and left and the mother was up the creek. The manager made us reposes and then threw them in the trash as soon as they arrived at the store. Lastly there is a clearly defined glass ceiling, if you arent buddy buddy with upper management then you will not move forward. TO MOVE UP YOU HAVE TO BE A "account manager" this is a glorified term for a repo man.
