Pros
Many ways to help a customer get to ownership Do a lot of promotion from within Can make extra money if you just do your job Sundays plus one week day off great benefits such as paid holidays and a weeks paid vacation after 6 months
Cons
They say they want results by doing things according to policies but are quick to have you do otherwise if its not working in their favor. Can be mentally draining calling the same people over and over and trying to help the customer while they seem to be giving you the run around If management has been in place for a while they become lazy and take things personally
