Pros

Helping the public that is not able to afford basic necessities is really rewarding. Working directly with people that have not had anyone believe in them before allows you to really help those in need. We may not be the lowest priced option in retail but we are in Rent to Own.

Cons

Long hours (7 days a week) taking advantage of salaried associates. Not listening to your staff who understand the core business. Every day our priorities change. No HR oversight. Constant lying to our associates and shareholders. The management pushes associates to review the company on this forum "Glass Door". My review is honest and unbiased. Others may not be. If their choice to come after me for my honesty so be it.

Pros

All the people I worked with in the store were fantastic people. Everyone helps everyone else and doesn't leave anyone out to dry.

Cons

Management above store level were a nightmare. Easily the worst I've ever experienced. They would change goals often, sometimes within days of having made a change. They would make assumptions about what was wrong without ever actually being in store. They wouldn't speak to ANYONE below the level of a manager to the point of ignoring someone if they greeted them.
